Ortoire River Mouth

Last verified 15 Aug 2026 · how we verify

Sheltered river mouth at Ortoire village, a favourite launch point for guided kayak trips.

The Ortoire meets the sea at the southern end of the bay. It is calmer than the open beach and local guides run kayak trips upriver through the mangrove edges.
